are normal and expected. These variations are part of the inherent nature and appeal of wood products and are not considered defects.

No two wood products will be exactly the same.

4. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order request, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order for reasons including:
